This year's guests at Kosmorama
In addition to showcasing films from around the world, we are also welcoming a number of guests who have helped create the films you see on the big screen, or who have something interesting to add to the cinematic experience!
Here is an overview of the film screenings during this year’s festival, where you can meet directors, actors, film experts, and other professionals.
Note: Screenings organized as part of the Kulturelle skolesekken-program are not included in this overview.
HEX
Monday 20:30 Prinsen 6
The opening film of 2026 is HEX, and director Maja Holand and producer Mari Nilsen Neira will be attending the premiere!
They will be present at the festival during the opening.

Director Barbora Hollan is coming to the festival with her documentary I Follow Rivers, and will be present for conversations after the screenings on Tuesday and Wednesday.
A Fox Under a Pink Moon

Directors Soraya Akhalaghi and Mehrdad Oskouei will be attending the festival and will take part in a Q&A following the screening of the film on Thursday during the festival week.
Glorious Summer

The directing duo Helena Ganjalyan and Bartosz Szpak are traveling from Poland to Trondheim to attend Kosmorama with their film Glorious Summer! They will be present for an in-theater discussion following the screenings of the film on Thursday and Friday during the festival week.
Hammarskjöld

Composer Raymond Enoksen will give a masterclass on film music on Friday during the festival week, followed by a screening of Hammarskjöld (2023), for which he composed the score.
The Lives of My Father

Director Magnus Skatvold achieved great success with Kosmorama’s opening film Trondheimsreisen in 2018, and now we are delighted to welcome the premiere of his latest film, The Lives of My Father. He will attend the film’s premiere on Friday at 8:00 PM at Prinsen 6.
Trondheimskampen

On Saturday during the festival week, Trondheimskampen will have its world premiere, and director Mari Nilsen Neira will attend the screening to take part in an in-theater discussion afterward.
Paradis
