How to get to Kosmorama
Travel collectively to Kosmorama! To limit our environmental impact, we recommend that our visitors take the bus or other public transportation to Kosmorama whenever possible.
Stops near Prinsen Kino:
- Nidaros Cathedral
- Kongens gate/Prinsens gate (5 minutes walk)
- Studentersamfundet (5 minutes walk)
Stops near Nova and Cinemateket:
- Olav Tryggvasons gate

Family Weekend
During the weekends, you can bring up to four children (up to 17 years old) for free when traveling by bus or tram in one zone with AtB's Family Weekend offer.
3-hour ticket
The single ticket is valid for three hours when purchased or started after 6 PM on weekdays or all day on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.

Train
The nearest train stations to Prinsen Kino are Skansen Stasjon and Trondheim S. If you are traveling from afar, we recommend taking the train to Trondheim S and then either taking the bus or walking from there.
Flying
The nearest airport is Trondheim Airport Værnes. From there, both trains and buses go to Trondheim city center and Kosmorama.
Accommodation in Trondheim
Our partner hotel is Comfort Hotel Park, located just across the street from Prinsen Kinosenter. If you plan to watch a lot of movies this week and want to be as close to the festival atmosphere as possible, this is the accommodation for you!
