The story unfolds in a rural area of Argentina. Brothers Jimmy and Pedro find the demon-infested Uriel, whom they load onto the back of their truck. It turns out their actions unleash an unstoppable epidemic of mutilation. The brothers are now on the run, and nothing can save them.

Ella's daily life consists of painstaking and time-consuming one-millimeter-at-a-time animation, enforced by her domineering mother, who demands perfection in her work. When her mother falls into a coma, Ella's world begins to unravel. She struggles to complete her work while the line between fantasy, reality, and animation gradually blurs.

30 years ago, the serial killer Wörmer attempted to kill Emma's parents. Now, Emma works as a night guard at the Forensic Institute, where she wants to uncover the incident that traumatized her family. She has an unauthorized meeting with the serial killer in his isolation cell. This awakens Wörmer from his comatose-like state, and now he seeks a bloody revenge.

Rumors on the dark web suggest that there are video recordings of one of the victims, which could be crucial evidence in the trial. Kelly-Anne gets entangled in a disturbing world where her deep fascination with the serial killer takes over.
