The story unfolds in a rural area of Argentina. Brothers Jimmy and Pedro find the demon-infested Uriel, whom they load onto the back of their truck. It turns out their actions unleash an unstoppable epidemic of mutilation. The brothers are now on the run, and nothing can save them.

The film can be considered an Argentine variant of It Follows (2014). Screenwriter and director Demián Rugna's previous film, Terrified (2017), was shown at the Ramaskrik horror film festival in 2018.
