Here is this year's NDA jury
In the New Directors Award (NDA), Kosmorama has dedicated its competition program to the filmmakers of the future, the new voices in the great global film world that we believe will make a strong mark in the years to come.
In the NDA film program it is not only the films that have to be good, the directors also need to show that they have that little extra as a storyteller or film artist.
The criterion is that they cannot have made more than three full length feature films before. Kosmorama's programming team have together nominated the ten films that are fighting over the reward.

Ingrid Falkenberg Dokka
Ingrid has a background as a media scientist, film critic and festival producer, previously also a filmmaker and actor. After 16 years as a consultant and advisor at the Norwegian Film Institute, she agreed to four years as a film consultant at the Northern Norwegian Film Center in Tromsø. Now she works as manager of Sørnnorsk Filmsenter, from 2020 and currently lives in Kristiansand.
Ola Lund Renolen
Ola Lund Renolen
Ola has a M.Sc. in film studies from NTNU and has a background as a cinema manager in Kongsberg cinema. From 1998 to 2004 he was in Tromsø as an assistant cinema manager in Tromsø cinema, and program manager and festival manager for the Tromsø International Film Festival. When Kosmorama was established, Ola was a curator for the festival, and has been director and program manager for Kosmorama.
He has previously been unit leader (2004-2006) for the cultural unit in Trondheim municipality, city council representative in Trondheim since 2015, and from 2017-2019 he was the deputy mayor in Trondheim municipality. He now works as a senior advisor for Konsek IKS.
Marcin Pienkowski
Marcin Pienkowski
Festival director (since 2021) and former artistic director (2016-2021) of the New Horizons International Film Festival in Wroclaw, Poland. He is the head of distribution of New Horizons Association and co-founder of New Horizons VOD platform devoted to arthouse cinema. He is a lecturer, film historian, editor and co-author of several books about films. He is also a member of the European Film Academy.
