Measures to prevent infection at Kosmorama

We advise all guests to be considerate of others. Please use one of our many antibac-stations when you enter the festival area and keep your distance from each other.

To maintain the 1-metre rule, our ticket system will automatically block two seats between all orders. We ask all audience to order tickets separately, unless you belong to the same cohort.

Use face masks at the festival area according to the current recommendations by the authorities.

Your contact information will be registered automatically when you buy a ticket. We will keep a register of the attendees of each screening, to ensure effective infection tracking if needed. As audience members you should feel safe that all relevant information will reach you.

To avoid queues, we will not be selling unused tickets (rush tickets) when the screenings start.

To avoid that the cinema center is too crowded, we have extended the festival area with a tent outside the cinema. You can wait here between the screenings.

The screening schedule is set up so that we will avoid having too many people in the festival area at the same time.

The common areas and its surfaces are cleaned and disinfected frequently, and we encourage our guests to pay by card.

As always, you should follow the authorities’ guidelines to stay at home if you feel unwell or are in quarantine. If you can’t attend the festival physically, we hope that you will use our digital platform. Here, you will find a selection of titles from this edition and some favorites from earlier years.
