More daytime screenings at Kosmorama 2024
For those of you who enjoy watching films from morning to night, we have good news. During Kosmorama 2024, there will be more daytime screenings than in previous years!

In 2024, there will be increased opportunities for morning screenings at both Prinsen Kinosenter and Cinemateket in Olavshallen, allowing you to sit back and enjoy movies all day!
We will have an increased amount of screenings in Prinsen 5 during the daytime. Prinsen 5 is of Trondheim Cinema's EPIQ-cinemas, which is the perfect place for a film marathon. With luxurious reclining chairs featuring electrically adjustable back/footrests and seat warmers, along with the best technical equipment including a 4K HFR projector and Dolby Atmos sound system, you are guaranteed an excellent film experience if you spend the day in this hall.

Cinemateket will also open for screenings earlier in the day throughout the week of the festival. The cinema at Cinemateket is conveniently located amidst a variety of eateries and cafes, making it easy to grab something to drink or eat throughout the day. Additionally, Cinemateket has its own bar, Bar Ingmar, where you can purchase drinks and snacks for your movie viewing.
Film Bonanza on Friday, March 8th
Due to a planning day for high schools on Friday, March 8th, we have increased capacity for public screenings during the daytime this day. If you can only take a day off from work during the festival week, Friday is the day to do so.
More details about the films and screening times will be available around the program release on February 15th, so stay tuned and get ready for a week of films from around the world!
