Kosmorama welcomes you to the regional premiere party of Pet Farm Friday 21. March at 8:00pm!
Kosmorama is pleased to present Pet Farm as part of this year’s documentary program, with an exclusive Trøndelag premiere celebration together with directors Martin and Finn Walther on Friday 21. March at 8:00pm. After the screening, we invite you to the premiere party at Tyven, where the film’s composer, André Bratten, will provide the music.
About the film:
In 2017, Joakim Nilsen from Oppdal made national headlines when it became known that he was breeding and selling foxes as pets. In Pet Farm, the Walther brothers give the audience a unique insight into both the man behind the headlines and his extraordinary bond with the wild animals he believes can be domesticated. Amidst abandoned fur farms, Nilsen pursues his dream of offering people a new four-legged best friend—no matter the cost. When both the Norwegian Food Safety Authority and the Environmental Directorate claim he is breaking the law, Nilsen is willing to risk everything for his animals and his dreams.
Tickets will be released along with the regular ticket sale on February 26.
