Our best outdoor cinema tips:
Watching a film under the open sky is a unique experience, but it’s important to take a few precautions so you don’t get cold!
Always check the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Remember, it can get a bit chilly when sitting still, so it’s smart to bring an extra layer.
It’s a good idea to bring something to sit on for insulation and warmth.
Feel free to bring a seat pad or a blanket. You’ll be sitting directly on the grass, which can be wet if it has rained—so make sure to bring something that insulates.
A real insider tip: bring a sleeping bag and pull it over your legs if it’s cold!
Chairs are not allowed at this event.
About the film:
This wild story about how the rap group Kneecap was formed features plenty of dark humor, a good dose of drama, some sex, catchy rap, and three anti-authoritarian, anarchist young men determined to preserve Irish identity within the oppressive Northern Irish society.
The film about the anarchists in the rap group Kneecap won the Audience Award at the 2024 Sundance Festival.
