Call for Applications: Talent Midt-Norge in Film and Games
In the fall of 2025, Kosmorama – Trondheim International Film Festival will launch a new development program for talents in film and games running until Kosmorama 2027.

About the Program
The program is initiated by Kosmorama and supported by Talent Norge and SpareBank 1 SMN.
The target group for the program is film and game professionals with demonstrated talent who wish to work in Central Norway. These individuals have completed their education and can document some professional results. The talents are given time and space to delve deeply into their projects and to test their direction by engaging with regional, national, and international experts. Applicants must articulate an idea of what they want to achieve during the talent period, in order to be better equipped for a solid professional career after participating.
The talents receive support in the form of a workspace and guidance from Kosmorama, mentors from the regional production environment, and other experts. In the selection of candidates and the structuring of the program, Kosmorama will work closely with Talent Norge, the Mid-Norwegian Film Center, and Filminvest to ensure professional quality and relevance, and to coordinate the existing support schemes in the field as effectively as possible.
The talents will present the projects they are working on to an industry audience at Kosmorama in 2026 and 2027. The goal is that they will have pitch-ready projects to take out into the world after this.
Selected talents will receive a stipend equivalent to approximately a 40% position during the two-year program period. The place of work will be with established production companies in the region.
