Vengeance Is Mine, All Others Pay Cash is based on the acclaimed book of the same name by Eka Kurniawan, who also co-wrote the script for the film with director Edwin. Edwin is known for his experimental avant-garde short films, and we look forward to see what he manages to conjure up next. The film won the Golden Leopard in Locarno in 2021.
