Documentary filmmaker Håvard Bustnes provides an insight into one of Norway's most controversial politicians. He follows Labour politician Trond Giske with a camera over two very turbulent years and focuses on how Giske experiences the tumult in the wake of #metoo. Bustnes also interviews whistleblowers and press people, shedding light on the case from several angles.
Read moreThe film follows Giske on his election campaign trail, through villages and towns around his native Trondheim, at the same time highlighting the #metoo movement that changed his world, and indeed the whole world. Bustnes himself has stated that he is not sure whether he was used as a pawn in Giske's political game or not.
After the screening on Wednesday, there will be a conversation between director Håvard Bustnes, editor Snorre Valen in Trønderdebatt and commentator Tone Sofie Aglen in VG.
