The Zone of Interest is a historical drama from 2023, written and directed by Jonathan Glazer (Birth, Under the Skin). The film is loosely based on Martin Amis' 2014 novel and focuses on the life of commandant Rudolf Höss and his wife Hedwig, who live with their family in a house close to the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp.
