About the film:
The Taste of Things primarily takes place in a French kitchen. Juliette Binoche and Benoit Magimel shine in the roles of two chefs with a passion for the philosophy, feeling, and love of food. It's almost as if you can smell and taste the dishes presented on the screen. Director Tran Anh Hung, known for the sensual The Scent of Green Papaya (1993), unfolds the senses just as much - if not more - in his latest culinary film. This isn't just the best food film of the year; critics also hail it as one of the best films of the year.

About the event:
We advise you to purchase tickets with those you plan to attend with so that you can be seated at the same table. Please contact us at admin@kosmorama.no if you have purchased tickets separately. The film is shown three times at Prinsen cinema, but you can also order a three-course lunch at Rive Gauche after the screening on Saturday. Rive Gauche has been inspired by the many fantastic food scenes in the film.

The event is part of Culinary Cinema, a program series from Kosmorama that highlights food culture and combines taste experiences with film experiences. Kosmorama is proud to collaborate with some of the fantastic players in the culinary scene of Trondheim!
