Bethany is on vacation in Poland with her boyfriend Rob, who – much to her dismay – appears to be planning a marriage proposal. In an attempt to escape reality, Bethany reconnects with a former friend, Nel, a reunion that tends to trigger powerful and explosive outbursts – quite literally.

Director Pete Ohs soars between lightness and emotional weight, blending understated humor with unexpected digressions. He also directed The True Beauty of Being Bitten by a Tick, which is likewise screened at Kosmorama 2026.
