In a small village in North Macedonia lives 15-year-old Ahmet. He herds sheep for his strict father and takes care of his younger brother Naim. Everything changes when he stumbles upon a rave party deep in the forest and meets Aya, a girl soon to be married off against her will. Their encounter sparks both a budding artistic dream and a growing romance – one that quickly clashes with the village’s traditional norms.
Read moreThe contrast between pulsating EDM beats and the village’s rigid framework could hardly be greater. The striking cinematography blends sweeping landscapes with rhythm-filled, energetic scenes, creating an unconventional coming-of-age drama with a distinct visual style.
