This year, the Trondheim Christmas Market, in collaboration with the Kosmorama International Film Festival, is launching something completely new – The Big Outdoor Cinema Day! Enjoy the magic of Norwegian classics and heartwarming Christmas films under the starry sky at the Torvscenen. Bring your family, friends, or partner, and immerse yourselves in the world of film in the cozy atmosphere of the Christmas market. This is outdoor cinema at its finest, with snowflakes, Christmas lights, and the warm holiday spirit as the perfect backdrop.

When Christmas suddenly faces danger, a small group of brave animals must embark on an exciting adventure to save the holiday. Along the way, they discover that the true Christmas spirit is created through friendship, teamwork, and the belief that even small heroes can make a big difference. To secure a spot, you can book a seat in advance on Hoopla. Booked seats guarantee that you have a place to sit, while remaining seats will be available for drop-in visitors—these are given out if there is space, or if some of the pre-booked seats are not used.
