Rive Gauche and Kosmorama invite you to a culinary experience with food and a screening of The Taste of Things.

The Taste of Things is a love letter to French cuisine. In that occasion Rive Gauche has been inspired by the many wonderful food scenes in the film.

  • The film is shown at the Prinsen cinema center at 11:00.
  • The food is served at Rive Gauce approx. at 1:30 p.m.

About the film
The Taste of Things mainly takes place in a French kitchen. Juliette Binoche and Benoit Magimel excel in the roles of two chefs with a passion for the philosophy, feeling and love of food. It's almost like you can smell and taste the dishes that are presented on the screen.

Director Tran Anh Hung has, among other things, made the sensuous The Scent of Green Papaya (1993), and the senses unfold just as much - if not more - in his latest culinary film. This is not only the best food film of the year, critics are also calling it one of the best films of the year.

The film has an age limit of 6 years.
