About the film:
In a world covered in snow and ice, the sloth Sid sets out on a surprising journey with the cautious mammoth Manny. Along the way, they stumble upon an abandoned human baby, and an unexpected adventure begins as the child must be safely returned to its family. Joining them is the sly saber-toothed tiger Diego, whose hidden agenda puts everyone’s lives at risk.
The trio faces danger, betrayal, and new friendships, and through their journey they learn the value of community, courage, and finding family in the most unexpected places. Ice Age is a warm-hearted and humorous animated film that blends spectacular animation with snappy dialogue and a hearty dose of slapstick comedy. The unforgettable Scrat steals the show with his desperate hunt for the acorn, adding extra energy and humor to the film. With its mix of action, comedy, and emotional moments, Ice Age has become a modern prehistoric adventure that appeals to both children and adults.
