Brand new mother Amaia finds her new life demanding, and while her husband is away on an extended business trip she decides to visit her parents, who are more than happy to help with the baby. In her childhood home, Amaia discovers that she is not just a mother, but very much still a daughter, and old family conflicts flare up again. When unforeseen events occur, the family dynamic is further tested.
