Løkkeberg documents the desperation and helplessness experienced by the Palestinian population during Israel’s bombing of Gaza in the winter of 2008/2009. The film is based on footage taken by Gaza residents during the war, as well as material from the few journalists who were allowed in. The Hollywood Reporter described the film as "the ultimate anti-war film."
