Mandagsfilmen: Pingvinen og professoren

Inspired by a true story, the film follows a world-weary English professor, Tom (Steve Coogan), who travels to Argentina in 1976 to teach. There, he encounters a divided country, a strict headmaster (Jonathan Pryce), and a group of unruly students. But everything changes when he rescues a penguin from an oil spill on the beach. This marks the beginning of an unexpected friendship—one that may teach Tom, and those around him, something important about life.

The film is based on Tom Michell’s 2016 memoir.
