The documentary thriller iHuman takes us on a journey into the «the invisible revolution», where artificial intelligence changes us as humans, society and the future.
We’re obsessed with, addicted to and controlled by technology. But who’s really in charge? Through meetings with some of the greatest pioneers of our time, iHuman sheds light on the accelerating industry’s political and social consequences and provides arguments representing both technology optimism and scepticism.
Director Tonje Hessen Schei has previously made the documentaries Drone (2014), Play Again (2010) and Independent Intervention (2006), all of them portraying the relationship between humans and technology.
Director Tonje Hessen Schei will be present at the screening Wednesday at 6 pm. After the screening, there will be a conversation between Hessen Schei and Associate Professor Arild Brandrud Næss from the Faculty of Economics at NTNU about artificial intelligence.
